Equipment Selection Considerations: The initial plan was to use a static pile driver for the operation. However, the static pile driver weighs nearly 80 tons, making transportation, installation, and commissioning time-consuming and labor-intensive. Ultimately, the design institute adopted a method using a pile frame in combination with a hydraulic impact hammer for pile driving.

After a comprehensive analysis of the geological survey, pile type, and hammer type using professional pile driving simulation software, our company selected the MC-12 hydraulic impact hammer used in conjunction with a pile frame. This method proved highly suitable for the on-site construction. Due to variations in soil hardness, the hammer's stroke was adjusted accordingly.

The pile driving termination criteria were designed entirely based on the required bearing capacity for the site. Final inspections confirmed that the pile bearing capacity fully met the standards.
