Datang Wind Power Pingtan Changjiang’ao Offshore Wind Farm Project

The MC-230 ultra-large offshore hydraulic hammer was deployed in the Datang Wind Power Pingtan Changjiang'ao Offshore Wind Farm Project. With a total investment of 1.108 billion yuan, the project involves the installation of 11 Dongfang Wind Power 10 MW offshore wind turbines, boasting a total installed capacity of 110 MW. Located in the waters of Pingtan Changjiang'ao, the project site features complex geological conditions and is frequently subjected to strong winds and typhoons throughout the year, resulting in extremely challenging natural construction conditions and thereby short construction windows. Through scientific planning and efficient allocation of manpower and equipment resources, the project team successfully completed the monopile installation for the Datang Wind Power Pingtan Changjiang'ao project using only 2,426 hammer blows, with a maximum impact energy of 3,000 kJ.
